What is the Shift and why I haven’t spoken about it

The following article is directed toward souls that resonate with the term/descriptor “Starseed.” If that doesn’t fit with you, and you feel like you’re an ancient soul and have been here, on Gaia, for lifetimes or millennia, most of this article will still resonate. Take what hits and drop and the rest.

**I ALSO use the terms ‘guys’ gender neutrally. It’s a term that feels neutral to me and pretty non-polarized. Hopefully you feel included when I use it in my writing.

If you’re anything like me — sensitive, empathic, often feeling a little *too* tuned-in (a Starseed)…. I imagine you’ve been feeling it lately.

You know ... it.

The shift.

The thing that has made us feel like every bit of sh*t is simultaneously hitting the fan AS we feel this ambient, earthly rumble shaking beneath our feet; while the wind is picking up in the atmosphere and we’re starting to feel like maybe we do hear a little voice inside us that’s saying this way, this way. (Intuition calling…)

I’m usually pretty on top of making the announcement of what’s going on with the energetics: I’m a messenger, after all — that’s one of my primary soul codes. (And I mean, as the youngest child of three — I love to be the one who says “GUESS WHAT? WE’RE DOING ______!”). So when it comes to giving the cosmic updates, I try to be pretty quick to sound the siren call.

As my energy expands, however, and my platform expands (slowly, slowly thanks guys, for being here), I’m learning to live the experience fully before writing about it. And even though the talk of this “shift” has been happening for years (check back to my YouTube energy forecasts), I had to let it process fully through my body before I felt ready to say anything.

Cause baby, this time — we’re in it.

We’re in the middle of the Shift.

It’s not just me here. Astrologers, other healers, mystics and psychics have been talking about this for years. I’ve been talking about this for years. To all my (wonderful, lovely, cute) clients who I’ve worked with 1:1, you’ll have heard me say this: “We’re for sure going to make it out the other side, we’re just going to have to go through…. the middle first.”

Well, welcome to the middle.

What is this, what does it mean, and how does it affect Starseeds?

I’m someone who works in “alternative therapy.” I do therapeutic coaching — I help people (Starseeds, neurospicies, weirdos and misfits) help find their true path during this one particular lifetime (because we only get to experience one at a time, despite what your body remembers and somatic system or dreams wants to pull forward for you). A lot of time we spend in session is spent talking about why an individual soul is here, what their purpose is, and what they’re meant to be doing on this planet. (This often comes from a client feeling like they have a strong pull to be doing something, but they’re not sure what).

I’m going to save you a session right now and offer this counsel for free:

If you’re a Starseed, and you’ve signed the volunteer contract to come down to Gaia (earth) and help out during this monumental shift (ahem, the one we’re in, right now), here’s what you need to know:

Your purpose on this planet is to exist, to the best of your ability, and shine your light of unique weirdness and unusual ways of living (whether it slips under the veil of social acceptance or not) so that others see an example of what it’s like to live in the expansive energy of love.

We are in the age of Aquarius. What does Aquarius need?

Authenticity. Expression. Uniqueness. The self + the people.

And while there are many, many humans on this path who are out there totally slaying it with their unique soul expressions, Starseeds came down here as volunteers to work. Our work, quite simply, looks like one thing: Living in the fullest expression of ourselves as possible in order to demonstrate the 5D, unity consciousness energy that orbits around the energy of Love.

That’s our job.

It doesn’t matter what you do to pay the bills, or if you work a menial “day job” (one of the most powerful Starseeds I’ve ever met is a construction worker — another a children’s school bus driver), or if you feel like you’re “caught behind” in a system that doesn’t serve you. You’re not behind, baby. Do what you need to do to take care of yourself, feed yourself enough food (real food from the ground is great but also don’t forget about the pleasures of ice cream), and practice demonstrating your full, authentic expression in love. That is why you are here. That is the soul contract you’ve signed.

So respectfully, then, WTFrig do I mean when I’m talking about “the shift?”

Because I’m delightfully neurospicy, my heart excites easily and I have a million things to say about the topic, I’m going to channel through my guides at this time:

My child,

This shift is why you are here. This is what you volunteered for. Humanity has been caught and ensnared by systems they have built over time and the time has come to restore balance. Gaia hereself will take care of the rivers, the mountains, the rains. But humanity has needed help for a long time and this, my dear, is why you are here at this time. There is nothing to be afraid of. No system can completely collapse overnight. You are not headed to doom and destruction — do not listen to the sensationalism that is put forth by the energetics of fear. Humans fear change, as well — and often change is for the better. The seasons change. The earth herself changes. This change will not bring doom and gloom, no. Do not worry. But, as you are aware, you are part of the Warrior Cohort and this is the mission you have agreed to be a part of. Things will begin to feel bumpy, lumpy and wobbly as structures that have hoarded power for lifetimes begin to crumble. Do not lean into the noise and the cacophony of echoes as this happens. “It is falling! It is falling!!” That is really all that is being said with the sensational messages in the media. We know it is falling. You volunteered to come here; knowing it was falling. The time has come to focus on the Self (true healing) and your communities (The people). So what can you do?

The first step is to begin to listen to yourself. Get to know your own heartbeat — better than the hearts of those around you, of those you love, you heal, you care for. Know the sound of your own heartbeat and your own footsteps better than anyone else. Listen to what it is telling you. When you feel lost, or unable to access a True knowing, return to the Heart. Use nature to help. Lean on trees. Listen to rivers. Lie on the full support of Mother Earth. Your intuition is waking up, child — this is meant to help you access your internal compass during this time. You are not meant to go with the wave of the collective. You are meant to be a beacon, a bright light amongst the rolling tides so that those in the collective who are ready to jump can follow your lead. You need not worry yourself with the intensity and loudness of the crashing structures around you. What is up to you are the temples and spaces you are building that will soon welcome others in. Everyone is welcome in your temple out of the rain. There is no need to marvel at the destruction that is the End of the old cycles. It is better energy spent putting your hand to the soil, to paintbrush, to words — to set out to build what we’ve always been looking for. Everyone is welcome in the new paradigm. Anyone who wishes to join may join. No more pyramids. No more structures of isolation at the top. Build in circles, in ceremony, in connection. Build by extending your hands. Hold others, but hold yourself first. And when you feel lost — ask yourself — what is sacred, to me? And move from there.

…. I mean, I don’t know about you, but I feel like that sums it up pretty well.

Don’t stress, guys. Your soul was literally made for this. As Starseeds, wherever you came from before here — you were a warrior. And no, not all of you were on the battlefield. That’s not what I mean. I mean you carry a warrior’s heart; a warrior’s spirit. You were mystics, makers, navigators. Your soul cries for justice and your frequency resonates with the heartbeat of unconditional love. This. Is. Why. You. Are. Here.

You cannot mess this up. You cannot get this wrong. There’s nothing to achieve.

You may, however, be feeling it. Like, feeeeeellling it.

If you are, remember that your soul came here as a volunteer to help out on Earth. On Mama Gaia. You are a visitor here. And do you know what’s kind of marvellous about Earth? Her nature. Bees. Trees. Water. Grass. Little kid humans with their insatiable giggles and unselfconscious ways of smushing fruit into their mouths and all over their faces.

If you’re feeling things too intensely, you need to unplug.

Unplug.

Unplug.

Go into your backyard or the nearest neighbourhood park or wherever makes you feel safe and leave your phone at home. If you feel like you’re going to get insurmountable fomo because you like taking pictures and capturing the essence of beauty, bring a notebook. Scribble it. Draw it. Write crappy, softie, poetic words. Get a disposable camera. But for goddess’s sake, leave the tech at home.

Starseeds are plugged into the harmonics and meridians of the universe. The resonance we live on and are steeped in is one of Earth’s. Of Gaia. Not of tech.

You must, must, must distinguish the difference.
