Because you don’t need to pay someone to show you.

I feel like there’s a lot of confusion about how rituals work. About what it means to tap into the energy body. About how to create your dream life, based on 132065890802409123 manifestation techniques you’re supposed to follow.

Here’s the thing. There IS a time and place for rituals, I one hundred percent agree with that (so much so that I spelled out 100%). And tapping into the other layers of your soul’s energy is also helpful.

BUT LET’S KEEP THINGS SIMPLE, PEOPLE, because the queen of overwhelm here is not interested in all the ways in which we can complicate this process.

It comes down to frequency. Elevated emotions. Rooting in Love over Fear.

That’s pretty much it.

When we sit down at a ritual, it doesn’t matter how many candles we burn or salt circles we make if we’re sitting there in fear or doubt that it’s not going to work.

When we sit down to manifest our desires, it’s not about visualizing that dream life or having that potent list of must-haves. It’s about feeling it.

When it comes to all of this magic-creating stuff, it really all comes down to one thing. We need bring ourselves to a place where we feel good. Where we feel love. Where we feel
e x p a n s i v e.

It doesn’t matter if you get yourself there through dance, meditation, breathing, or lifting weights. It doesn’t matter if you get yourself there by piling on a fuzzy bathrobe and making a blanket fort as your manifestation cave. We just have to get ourselves to a place where we’re experiencing elevated emotions. Love. Joy. Expression. Safety. Light.

When we can get ourselves here, and THEN we pair those good feels with focus, that’s when we’re making magic happen.

Focus on Love. Focus on the good feels. Anchor yourself in that, and then move from there.
