2024 is for the Sacred Masculine: Here’s Why
The divine Feminine is still on the rise. But 2024 has the masc in focus…
I pulled seven cards for the 2024 energy reading, and five of those cards were male guardians. Five. Out of seven. That’s 71% masculine energy in 2024.
I wanted to write off the appearance of so much masc. energy as a reflection of our current global power dynamics (which is also true — our structures in place has us operating in the systems of the patriarchy, for now), but still there felt like there was something more. I couldn’t shake it.
What’s a psychic to do?
I decided to tune back in and do a second video exploring the themes of what was going on with the masculine in 2024.
As soon as I opened myself up in question as to what was going on with the masculine, the downloads started pouring in like a waterfall of information.
This is what I received:
Sacred Masculine: 2024 is your year to shine
I know, I know — there still needs to be so much focus on the raising of the divine feminine, of flipping energetic tables, and of shifting the fabric of how we weave our day-to-day lives in support of the collective. Community, Collaboration, Connection. This is all happening in the background — and is something we will continue working towards as the balance is restored.
But something big is happening in the realm of the sacred masculine this year. Transformation. Opportunity for change. Actual healing. In the hot topics of energy focus right now, 2024 has a focus on the masculine becoming sacred once again.
The Inner King
This is a deep, deep positive for the collective.
Why?
Because the energy seems to be turning towards a focus on the Sacred Masculine, it means there has been enough space created in the dynamics of our current structures to allow for something to shift and change. There’s space for the healing of the divine masculine energy in our world — whereas a few years ago, the feminine was doing all she could to rise, and the masculine, was, ahem, still pretty toxic.
In our currently polarized system, this healing of the masculine is embodying in two ways: Flying high in the arms of the divine (alignment), or trial by fire (purge).

Even if you don’t occupy a body with a masculine core, (no matter how you identify in gender), this truth may apply to aspect of the masculine within you. Or maybe it applies to a friend, sibling or partner.
Masculine Embodied
Not sure what I mean by the sacred masculine? below are some examples of some attributes that might apply to you / the energy of the sacred masc within you:
Providing for yourself and others (and the potential of feeling the pressure to do so)
Safety, security and groundedness
The ability(or inability) to accept help
Holding space
Embodied action
Protection / creating for oneself and others
Assertion of your needs and desires
Basically, what’s going on with the energy of the collective right now is that we’re being asked to focus on the aspects of the sacred masculine and either accept and embody the new ways of living (if you find yourself in the space of alignment), or to release and purge the old programming in order to be able to shift over and accompany the alignment side.
Seasick (purge) :
If you’re experiencing the purging side, fear not! The only reason you’re being trialed, and tested, and pushed through these hoops is so you can drop the old heaviness of what’s (seriously) no longer serving you and shed your old skin — it’s time to step out of what feels stagnant and stale in the narrative of the sacred masculine (“I can do it on my own, I’m not allowed to cry, I must be the one who carries it all), and embody into a more receptive, fluid and awakened state.
The way forward is to embody the elements of both the sacred masculine and the divine feminine in one — and if you’re stuck in the realms of the stagnant, stale and expired energy of the wounded masculine, chances are there isn’t a lot of space for that harmony to exist.
The only way forward in 2024 is to create harmony and union within ourselves and the energies that exist within us. If this is a deeply challenging time for you, consider reaching out. Ask for help, connect with a friend, or consider trying your hand at real, professional support. Suspend your ideas and hesitations of what has been considered ‘weak’, ‘silly’, or ‘a waste of time.’ Getting support is a beautiful thing. Let go, leap outward, and fall into the arms of connection.
Clear skies ahead (alignment):
If you’re in the space of alignment in the sacred masculine, you’ll most likely be feeling it. Things are going to feel different — subtler, calmer, and more stable. You may find that things are “just working out for you”: you may receive a job opportunity you’ve been hoping for, enter a new or more balanced state in a relationship, or start to embody a confidence within yourself that feels open, expansive and new. If you feel like you’re moving towards this space of alignment, or may already be occupying it, congratulations! Allow this truth to permeate through your body and really resonate with the goodness that comes with it.
If you have the capacity and space — the next step you can take in embodying this New Earth consciousness in the sacred masculine is to begin to hold space. Know and embody your power in the sacred masculine fully — when you hold space for another — without adding opinion or agenda — you are literally creating the container for healing to take place. This is powerful stuff. As somebody who has a feminine core, but has lived primarily in their masculine out of fear and lack of safety — there is nothing more empowering, encouraging and harmonizing for my frequency when I feel the deep silence of someone holding space for me.
Enter the Goddess
Another essential step if you’re in this blissful state of divine union with the planetary energies right now is to begin to get curious about the Divine Feminine. What does she look like? How is she embodied? What does that represent to you? What does the divine feminine represent inyour sisters, your friends, your mother? Begin to ask questions. In my energy forecast of 2024, I talked about the archetype of the Sage asking us to enter a space of studiousness, observation and learning. This same archetype crosses over to those in the healed (or healing) masculine energy and asks you to start exploring what the true divine feminine embodies and is asking for.
Observe. Learn. Integrate. Cultivate your awareness of the strength it takes to embody feminine power in this world that is trying to balance itself. Honour the life and death cycles of a woman who bleeds. Notice how watery energy brings life to all beings. Revere the utmost power and strength it takes to create life and birth a child, an idea, or a work of art.
As the divine feminine continues to work on her strength of resting, living in the sacred space of nurturing that comes with deep winter and embodying Yin to prepare the seeds for spring, the masculine has a chance to step forward and prepare the land for the planting that will create a more harmonious earth.

Both Sides Now
In order for us to create New Earth (the positive, balanced world we are most undoubtedly moving towards as the collective continues to wake up and consciousness continues to rise), we healing is needed on both sides. There has been a deep focus on the divine feminine for a few years now — we had to begin the ressurection somehow — and that will continue on the periphery as we help Her to rise from the ashes of thousands of years of oppression. (Take up the space! Make the splash! Take charge of your fertility!)
